Portrait of Indonesian Education

Poverty in Indonesia is increasingly growing, consequently causing a lot of unemployment, thus causing increased crime. For that government efforts to alleviate poverty must be immediately followed up, one way is to increase the quality of education.
Since 1984 there has been compulsory education program of the government of Indonesia. For Indonesia guarantees access to basic education has become a real commitment between government and society, as contained in the 1945 Constitution states that the purpose is the intellectual life of the nation. The importance of fairness in access to quality education is clarified and elaborated again in Act No. 20 of 2003 on National Education System.
The Government has also provided funds for education, called BOS (School Operational Assistance), which is derived from the compensation fund rising prices of fuel (fuel oil). However, in reality after the passing of a fund of 6.27 trillion rupiah, there are still schools that ask for charges against the parents of students who in this case is quite burdensome. BOS revolving funds are also not the case with a clean, corruption still occurs in its distribution to schools. Although the distribution lines have been shortened with no through many hands, but still, misappropriation of funds occurred BOS funds and corruption also occurs in schools where principals have complete control and unsupervised by the school committee there.
Based on the facts that occurred in Indonesia is the Education That Expensive. Although there has been BOS funding flowing. Actually, Indonesia is very rich with natural resources which should cover the cost requirements of education for the people of Indonesia. Still, it's all nothing is free. Since the allocation of funds to pedidikan of state revenues and expenditures budget by 11% always just cut up with pockets of officials who are required.
How sad because of social inequality has occurred in a country that is rich in natural resources. If only, no improvement overall system, starting from the number one in Indonesia until the commoners. So education is completely free and without the dream of building expenses, books and others will be realized.
 In districts that exist in Indonesia, some have do free education program, which is not completely free. Because, parents still have to bear the cost of 50-70% for the payment of the building, report cards money, money and other books that are not less expensive. Does not seem right that this government program called free education, cheap is not, then what? Perhaps the school can more precisely 20% discount.

So my friends let us earnestly learn the circumstances that we know that it appears that Indonesia does not eliminate 100% of education but there is still some what percentage of our parents we all gather for education ... ..
